These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Geometrik Limited (trading as Geometrik Studio),
a London-based design studio specialising in presentation design and visual communication.
By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Scope of Work
Each project is defined by a written agreement, proposal, or email confirmation outlining:
• Scope of work
• Deliverables
• Timeline
• Pricing
Any work requested outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees.
3. Pricing & Payment
• All fees are agreed in advance of the project
• Projects may require an upfront deposit (typically 50%)
• Final files are delivered upon full payment unless otherwise agreed
• Payments are due within the timeframe specified on the invoice
Late payments may result in delays to delivery.
4. Revisions
• A reasonable number of revisions is included within the agreed scope
• Additional revisions or changes outside scope will be billed separately
• Clear and timely feedback from the client is required to maintain timelines
5. Timelines & Delivery
• Project timelines are agreed at the start of the project
• Delays in client feedback or content delivery may impact timelines
• Urgent or expedited work may incur additional fees.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
• Provide all necessary content, materials, and feedback in a timely manner
• Ensure accuracy of all provided information
• Secure any required rights for content (e.g. images, data, branding assets).
7. Intellectual Property
• Final deliverables become the client’s property upon full payment
• Geometrik Studio retains the right to showcase work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed
• Working files (e.g. editable design source files) are not included unless specified.
8. Confidentiality
All client materials and information are treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
Geometrik Studio is not liable for:
• Business outcomes resulting from the use of deliverables
• Errors in content provided by the client.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
