1. Nature of Services
All services provided are custom, project-based design services, tailored specifically to each client.
2. Refund Policy
• Due to the nature of the work, refunds are not provided once work has commenced
• If a project is cancelled before work begins, any deposit may be refundable at our discretion
• Once work has started, fees cover time, expertise, and resources already committed.
3. Cancellation
If a client chooses to cancel a project:
• The client will be invoiced for all work completed up to the cancellation date
• Any outstanding balance must be paid before transfer of completed work
• Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
4. Project Pauses
If a project is paused or inactive for more than 14 days due to client delay:
• The project may be rescheduled based on availability
• Additional fees may apply to restart or reprioritise the work.
5. Revisions & Changes
• Revisions are included only within the agreed scope
• Significant changes in direction may be treated as a new phase or project.
6. Delivery of Work
• Final deliverables are released after full payment is received
• Partial or draft work may be shared during the project but remains property of Geometrik Limited
(trading as Geometrik Studio) until final payment.
